The project involved the development on a previously demolished corner site within a busy city location to accommodate 10 social housing apartments over four storeys. The site had boundaries with public highway, residential properties, a substation and a network rail main line which brought an additional focus to the project team.

Key elements that were included were:- Sustainable Homes Level 3 Lifetime Homes compliant, Low Carbon Emissions – combination type boilers and LED lighting with Renewable Energy – 7% renewables in line with the Planning Energy Statement.
