	Water Feature, North Midland Construction Plc The removal of an unsightly ditch in front of the main office and car park and its replacement with a water feature using roof and car park water only.
	Attenborough Visitor Centre This project involved the construction of piled foundations for a new visitor centre.  The site was on a narrow peninsular of filled ground in the Attenborough Nature Reserve Lake, a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The foundations were specifically designed to give the impression that the visitor centre was floating above the lake.
	Hempshill Hall Pond As part of the Framework Contract that we have with AMScott, we undertook an environmental scheme at Hempshill Pond. This project involved the reinstatement of the capacity of a balancing pond, set in the grounds of Hempshill Hall, by the excavation of silt deposits.
