This project, A £6.2m new integrated waste management facility for Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority on the Wirral. The project includes a Household Waste Recycling Centre, Waste Transfer Hall, Materials Reclamation Facility and In vessel composting facility, attached to this were the supporting facilities including two story Visitors Centre, Weighbridges with office and control systems and Amenity building.

This contract involved provision of drained concrete working area (11,00m2) for the processing of organic waste. Also a portal framed and cladded open sided building 70 x 35m

This contract included: removal of contaminated land and preparation of the site; Construction of 60m x 25m steel portal framed building with decorative coloured block cladding to 3m and sheeting above; Refurbishment of existing office facilities including new heating and electrical facilities and new roof; Construction of extensive hardstandings and landscaping
