Walsall Training Centre, Network Rail
This contract was for the design and build of  a Training and Skills Centre for Network Rail maintenance training. The mixed development included new classrooms, with workshops for high temperature welding training, internal railtrack for example rail removal and replacements. An external trackway was laid for training on specialised mechanised rail equipment.

Steelworks
The project for the construction of the Billet Caster for stainless steel production required a new turret foundation of c8000m³of reinforced concrete, caster bed, cooling bed, water tanks, roadways, water treatment plant  and pump house. The works were carried out within the live operational foundry.

Alterations to Cold Store
All works were carried out within a live food processing environment with stringent dust , noise and cleanliness requirements. The works included demolition of existing walls and mezzanine floors, and the creation of enhanced  new despatch, chilled product reception, tray storage and boning halls.  

Salt Barn, Melton Mowbray
The design and construction of pre-cast concrete framed structure with push walls for the storage of road salts, with salt resistant cladding. The project included the provision of concrete hardstandings, drainage and services.
