Community Fire Station, Staveley
A fire station for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue located close to the town centre of Staveley.
The facility accommodates specialist appliances along with all the necessary accommodation and welfare facilities for the Fire Officers. The main building houses a gym, plant rooms and reception areas to allow contact with the local community.
Externally the project has a variety of training facilities – these include a smoke house, drill yard and tower, training culvert and a simulated bridge parapet.

£7.6m design and construction of all building works at Uponor facilities at Hilcote, Derbyshire and Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. NMB provide a total design and build package to Uponor which included management of their new production equipment around the on-going building works. |

A £6.2m refurbishment of offices for Severn Trent Water at Raynesway, Derby. A contract undertaken in three major phases over two years with the latter stages being carried out under a partnership arrangement.
