A £2m construction of two separate buildings - firstly an external bedroom block comprising of 26 new rooms and associated facilities, linked to the existing hotel; and secondly a leisure facility including swimming pool, gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms, solarium, beauty salon, changing rooms, bar and lounge.

Tower Hotel, St Katherines Way, London
This £2m project comprised the total refurbishment of 88 existing bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on the 6th floor, including associated corridors and the creation of an executive "check-out" facility within the lobby area. The total refurbishment was to a quality in excess of the general four star rating. All with associated mechanical and electrical works.
