As the building arm of North Midland Construction Plc, North Midland Building Ltd was established twelve years ago to undertake new build and refurbishment projects between £2.0m and £30.0m under a wide range of contract types, including design and build and partnering.

Having successfully delivered a number of major new build and refurbishment projects, we fully understand that all developments form part of a bigger picture for our clients and are intended to ultimately increase the turnover and profitability of their company We believe that a full understanding of the specific project issues and how each development fits into the overall business plan is essential to ensure that not only a quality building is provided, but also a quality tool that will assist with the continued development of the business.
