Doug Bleakley

  • Key Information:
    • Doug has over 25 years experience in the water and waste water industry, holding a variety of senior executive positions, in both product and contracting organisations. His wealth of experience in identifying, establishing and developing new businesses has proved invaluable in the development and growth of Nomenca, where he currently holds the position of Chairman.
    • Since the start of 2004 Doug has also been appointed as a Director of Nomencas' parent company, North Midland Construction PLC.





Andy Langman

  • Key Information:
    • Andy has progressed from being a time served Electrician who is 16th edition accredited, through project and contract management of multi-million pound water and waste water schemes, to now being responsible for the management of a national MEICA business. Andy's 20 years in the Water and Waste water contracting industry has been key to the profitable growth of Nomenca.
    • A 'hands on' manager with a wide range of technical and commercial experience on multi-discipline MEICA projects within the Water & Waste Industry. Experienced in negotiating Red Book, NEC, D & C Contracts and Partnering Schemes.
    • Proven capability of maintaining good working relationships and generating team approaches to achieve financial targets and Contractual programme deadlines





Andy Culshaw, BEng(Hons) CEng MIMechE

  • Position: Engineering Director
  • Profession: Chartered Mechanical Engineer
  • Key Information:
    • Experienced in M&E and ICA projects encompassing water and materials handling projects.
    • Vast experience in the design of pumping stations, inlet works and ASP's





Mark Hanrahan, BEng(Hons) CEng MIMechE MIQA

  • Position: Business Development Director
  • Profession: Chartered Mechanical Engineer
  • Key Information:
    • Experienced in turnkey (Civils, process and M&E, ICA) projects encompassing water, materials handling and rail projects, throughout the world. Value of contracts range from £1m up to £75m (UK) and $150m (Far East and Americas).
    • Vast experience of International Contract negotiations
    • Successfully introduced best practice 'Supply Chain Management' techniques from transport manufacturing sector to construction sector.
    • Worked in the water industry throughout the UK for the past 6 years, under most model forms of Contract
