As a company, quality management is achieved using clear, concise and accurate information to ensure there are no changes or amendments. We use audits as a tool to highlight improvements and share best practice. Our focus is Zero Defects through the implementation of Total Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma techniques.
As part of our drive for continuous improvement we have implemented the EFQM (European Foundation Quality Management) Business Excellence Model within our Products business. Our intention is to embrace the entire Group under this excellence model to increase productivity and reduce end-to-end costs.
